There’s nothing better than fresh baked bread. If you don’t know a good baker in your area, make an effort to find one. For this recipe you’ll want a nice hard crust that will hold up on the grill.
1 loaf rustic bread
1 cup Nutella
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Maldon sea salt
Preheat an outdoor gas or charcoal grill or put a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices, brush with olive oil and place on the grill, cooking about 30 to 40 seconds on each side, keeping an eye for when it is toasted, then turning.
Spread Nutella over each slice, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with Maldon salt. Serve immediately.
